I Live in Md. I am just doing the debt validation with Bronson & Migiaccio one of CACH,LLc rent-a-lawyer's. BOY ! I have read some really bad stuff about these guys.Once the validation process is complete from what I have read they sue instantly.Has anyone had any luck with settlement with this lawfirm?

Last night I had a sheriff's card in my door he called this morning to tell me it was papers being served on me from Cach looks like a credit card. I have nothing recent owing. This would be very old from a divorce. What's the best step to take?

You need to have the debt validated to be sure that it yours and collectable.

We just received a notice from Cach's attorneys . They have filed a request to the court to set aside the dismissal. ( The one the court did with prejudice) on Oct 31st. They are asking that the judgement be set aside and for the pre trial conferance be reset. I've heard nothing more from the court. Do we have any recourse to submit to the court in responce to cach's request? We can't afford a n attorney. ( We reside in Broward county Florida.)

The affidavit reads like this. cach vs hubby NOV 13TH Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared attorneys name who after being duly sworn,deposed and says: 1. I am the attorney for the plaintiff. 2. On October 23rd,2007 i appeared at a motion of summary hearing for summary judgement hearing. Defendant advised the court that he was unemplyed and had no defenses to the claim. 3. the court granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgement. Further affiant sayeth naught. Attorneys name & notory stamp *They were granted a the motion on Oct 23rd . The final hearing was on Oct 31th which they did not attend which I assume is why the judge issued the dismissal with prejudice on Oct. 31st.

Hi, I received a letter from CACH LLC, stating that they have taken over the loan of my original creditor. I noticed that the loan from the original creditor is lower than what CACH is stating that I owe. Can they increase the amount of the loan?

Charles - Are they stating that the principal is larger? Or that they've added fees, interest, etc., that made the total larger? Regardless, you need to demand validation of the debt from Cach.

Is it Legal for CACH, LLC to pull my Credit report without my Permission?? even to collect a Debt? a Bigger question, Is "anyone" allowed to pull your credit without your permission? I thought only people/companys given permission by you may pull your credit report.....is this true? VAR

I received what I think is a warrant re: a debt that CACH is attempting to collect. What is a debt validation letter?? Should I get one?? Where do I get one or do I write it myself? Help!
