F'em where they sit.Don't pay CACH.LLC a penny.They can't do anything.I told em to blow me and they stopped calling ,and this was 7 months ago.

Yea right.... that's not exactly the truth JRT! I first had dealings with CACH 2 1/2 years ago... they go away but they always come back!! Dont' be surprised to find a default judgment waiting for u if u think they went away! Just whatever u do, stay on top of it cuz they sure as hell got a default on me! Have my court case file to prove it! So dont' be so sure they're gone forever! Like i said make sure to stay on top of it and keep an eye on ur credit report!! JRT, I blew them off for quite a while too and it was right before christmas last year I recieved a calling card from our local sheriffs office with a lawsuit against me. We haven't went to court yet, I am still trying to get them to validate the debt, but they will definately sue, at least in my case and in ang's case they did. _________________ Working my way out of this debt, one day at a time!

My Parents are being sued thru the CACH LLC and the thing is all my parents did was co sign for a 2005 dodge truck for my ex husband but it ended getting repoed for what my ex did to my son and now they want my parents to pay 11,000 to them and my folks are already retired my dad is 67 and my mom is 65 what can we do to help them Angelica Grimaldo

Have they been served with a summons yet? Or has CACH just called them telling them they were gonna sue?? If they have been served when were they served? And did they answer the summons?? They sue because they bought the debt and become owners of it. Can someone please help. I looked at a recent copy of my credit report and there is a collection on there from CACH LLC. It is an old disputed debt with Wells Fargo I had over 7 years ago. I disputed it back then and it was removed from my credit and supposedly charged off. Or so they say. Now it appears on my report again all these years later. What can I do? Anyone know?

A while back... about 6 years ago, I had a great job, and plenty of credit... was paying on time and all that. I was relocated, and took a massive cost of living adjustment down, so of course I fell behind... then I moved back to NY and was out of work for a while. I failed to pay for a while and have since been making monthly payments, although smaller for more than 3 years. I only deal with the OC's and on the occasions that I have spoken to an agency I have told them I will satisfy my debts with thye OC's, and only the OC's. My question is am I screwing myself royally by doing so? 3 of the accounts went into collection, but I still send automated payments to the OC from my bank account.

Who are these people? They showed up on my credit report, so I tried to research it to find out what the debt is all about and I can't find any contact info for this company. That's how they work Ms. They sit back and wait then file suit on u. Do u also have anything that's been written off on ur report? That cud be a hint of who they've bought this debt from. They are junk debt buyers but the DO sue! Although seems easy to beat them if it gets that far just do NOT ignore their attempts to collect cuz they will sue and u do not wanna get a default judgment by ignoring them. They do NOT go away! Okay, well I have not gotten a letter. But I did recieve a phone call and then I looked at my credit report and under this debt is CACH, LLC.. I had a car loan with Household finance and I was late 2 months and they sold it off, to a law firm. Well I was making payments to the law firm for around 6 months well in May the payments stopped coming out of my account. Well I guess the law firm sold it to CACH, LLC. What do I do, I don't want to start making payments to a weird company and from what I read CACH, LLC is a weird company.. I am freaking out about this. Someone please help!
