You need to file a motion with the court reporting this action. The case will be reopened to address the matter. Visit the bankruptcy court where this debt was discharged. Steps will be taken so that the discharge is not violated.
After the debt is discharged in bankruptcy, the creditors are prohibited from taking any sort of actions like filing a legal case or attempting collections. A creditor can be penalized for doing this activity because violating the discharge injunction is civil contempt. Before taking any step, just confirm that this debt was included in your bankruptcy filing.
