thank you guys for helping me. I went immediataly to my bank the next well called first then I had to go in person and have a stop payment on them and lucky my bank is able to put a 6 month freeze on my account from ANY ACH's from account that way even monthly they can't !@#$% my account. Say no to them doesn't work you have tell them instead that they need to put you on the DNC list DO NOT CALL My bank stated that if this company tries to take any other than that amount then they can take that money but not the 129.95 but that 6months and 1 day could bite you. they said that if they do put the money in and they didn't they did try and hit my bank for that amount and glad that i checked when in doubt. so please take from us who knows DON't GO WITH THEM and any other payday loans you apply for they will get your number again and this will keep happening the best is go in person not online if your in that need. THnaks to all of you that went thru the nightmare first this time and saving my account...

Everyone has had the same horrible experience with this company. They must be stopped and arrested for credit card fraud.

I agreed to the payday loan of 500 dollars then they took out and 129.95 fee for the credit card out of my account and now i just have to pay 129.95 for nothing

i was called and told i was approved for a 500.00 loan
today 3/30 and then was hung up on and not called back
what should i do to prevent any suspicious happenings

Have you disclosed you banking information to them? If yes, immediately contact your bank and ask them to stop any unsolicited debits.

Advance fee/pre-approved loans do not seem to be good. Read FTC's alert on this-

I can not get a hold of them and want them to cancel before they take the money out of my account. Do they really give you a 500 advance as well??

I called them back last night and finally got through after being on hold for almost 90 mins. I cancelled my withdrawal and account and was fortunate that my bank wouldn't approve the withdrawal because of an email I sent them.

Like a lot of you, I received this phone call and as of today I had $129 taken out of my account. I spent 45 minutes on hold with the company and never spoke to anyone. I called my bank.

For those of you that can access your checking account info online, this is great! I contacted my bank and told them this is an unauthorized withdrawl. No problem they said, just need to come in and sign some paperwork for a stop payment. Going to cost me $20 from the bank, but, better then losing $129.

I thank god that I am OCD when it comes to checking my account everyday online. If not, I would have not seen this charge and would likely be bouncing checks right now.

Is there a particular letter we can write to these guys? I haven't paid the $129 fee yet but I get calls from them EVERYDAY on my work phone as well as my cell phone and it's really annoying because I pick up and just hang up (then my co-workers just look at me funny). If anyone has a good idea of what letter should be written to these guys as well as the address to send to, that would be awesome possum.

they offered me 500 dollars and 7500dollars card too.i was talking to the lady getting ready to give her my information to get everything set-up but my daughter tripped over my phone line and i got disconnected. when i tried to call the 1-800-975-5642 phone number back i was on hold for a very long time and noone never answered. so i hung up and called back again and still no answer. i would like to thank everyone for letting me know what's going so maybe i will not get ripped off. Sad

yes everyone the same thing happened to me. I my case i didn't agree to some loan or card and they are still going to take from my account but i have news for them. I have contacted my bank and i will beat them.... I couln't get ahold of them either by phone or email. Their website does exist but you won't get any respect. I have filed a claim with the bbb in nevada and hopefully they will help.. GOOD LUCK everyone.
