Please stay away from PayDay Loan Companies.
They will not work with you if you fall on hard times, and not able to make the repayment.

Payday loan lenders will acquire personal information from you like your pay stub, bank statement, driver's license and telephone bill. They will use a reporting system like TeleTrack to check out if you are a high risk in writing checks.
Try to negotiate with your lender and arrange a payment plan with them. Advance them some money so that they realize your willingness to pay the debt. Once the lender has accepted your plan, do not miss your payments in anyway. It might be possible that they will extend some benefits to you after you show the regularity in making the payments. If you hurt the plan, they won't extend any payment facilities to you.
Take a payday loan only when you think you will be able repay the amount in the next payday. If you write a post dated check and don't have the money in the account on the due date, the lenders will threat you of criminal prosecution. It is always better to stay away from the payday loan embarrassment.
Always try to save some money out of your income. If you keep something aside each month, you will be able to meet this fund for emergency purposes instead of relying on payday loans.
