Mauraclegg, after your arrangement is made with First Credit Services, United Federal Bank must not collect anything from you or make a collection call to you. The original creditor needs to notify them if they place you a call. Since there is no more reason to call you further, send a cease and desist letter to United Federal Bank if they call you again. After receiving your letter, the company must not call you again or else you can file legal charges against them for violating the fdcpa laws.
