yeah i just tried contacting them several minutes ago. they said they dont do any sort of payment arrangements til the account goes into collections. so i guess i will have to wait it out or have T&C work something out with them. thanks for the advice.

They tell you this to make you pay immediately. You need to file complaints against them if they refuse payments from T&C.

GOOD NEWS!

United Cash Loans has offically marked our account paid in full. They stated in their reponse to the Attorney General in Nevada that they are forgiving the loan and we have caused alot of bad exposure for them. What bad exposure? Telling the truth on a company that is not licensed to lend in their state or mine? Could it be that they aren't liking the state goverment knowing about what they are doing? I don't know but I am tickeld to be through with them. The money that was scheduled for UCL will be put toward the next loan to be paid off. 4 more to go.

Hey tammy,

I was wondering if they were licensed to give out loans in the state of pennsvlvania. what was the steps you took to have them forgive your loan. im not trying to get mine forgiven but i want to make sure that they work with t&c consolidation. they were one of the only ones that were saying no at first when i asked for a payment plan.

I filed complaints against them in Nevada with the Attorney General, Consumer Protection and in the state I live in. They tried to refuse my payment from T&C and they were forced to accept the payment. Do not back down from them. Show them that you are well aware of your rights.

They are no longer at the Carson City Nevada address. They are not accepting mail at that address anymore. They are now giving the address in Miami Oklahoma and are associated to Rio Resources. THey are not licensed in any state and they have several complaints against them, and they are being investigated in many states.

The new address they are giving is

3531 P Street NW
Miami, OK 74355

PO Box 111
Miami, OK 74355

They will not take legal action against you. This is becoming a very common threat among the online pdl industry. They think if they threaten people, they will run and Wetern Union whatever amount they demand. I have yet to find a state that United Cash Loans is licensed in. They will claim to be licnesed, but they are not! File complaints against this company and be clear in your complaint.

Like many of you I have a loan with them also that I am unable to pay off, they are calling me now and stating that they are getting to take action against me, unless I contact them in 48 hours. I have ever intention to pay them back, but they want me to make arrangements where I pay them every 2 weeks on my pay dates. If I was able to do that, I would not have defaulted on my loan to begin with. Any advice

Tammy,

Thanks for the advice. Where do I go to file a complaint, is it something I can do online? The one thing that I hate is that I owed them $300, now my loan is up to $600, despite the fact they were taking $90 out of my paycheck every 2 weeks before I defaulted.

I called them back yesterday and told them that I will send them a payment on Friday and will try to send something every 2 weeks after that until the loan is paid. I also explained to them that I am currently on disability, so it won't be much. They called back and stated that this is a serious issue and they need it resolved immediately or they will have to pursue with their action against me.

I hate that I ever got mixed up with them or any of this payday loan companies.

Ahhh..poo on them! They aren't licensed ANYWHERE to do this type of business.
Send them "the letter" and tell them you will report them to your AG's office if they don't mark your loan paid in full. (that is, of course, if you don't owe any money on the principle balance plus appropriate interest allowed for your state)
These guys are sharks, and tell them that those type of threats are illegal and you are reporting it to the proper authorities.
Don't be intimidated by them, they have absolutely NO legal recourse here.
