You will not go to the jail for not paying the debt. The company is trying to intimidate you in paying them. Do not get tensed. Hire a lawyer for dealing in this matter. This is a civil case and the worst that might happen is that the judge will order a judgment against you. But before this, the company has to prove their legit business and show that they are making legal charges on your account and you have ignored the payments. Know the actual status of your account and make payment arrangements with the lender. Keep everything documented for having proof of your actions.

Are United Cash Loans and 500 fast cash the same company? Cause I borrowed from 500FC but not from UCL, and now I have someone from both calling and they are giving me different amounts that I owe.

How can I get these company's to stop calling me at work. My boss said that If I cant stop them she is going to have to let me go. If I get fired cause of these idiot's im going to go crazy on these people.

United Cash Loans and 500 Fast Cash are DBA's of MTE Financial Services. aka. Rio Resources. I would e-mail them a cease and desist letter stating that you can't take these types of phone calls at work. I would also fax it if you can and also sent it certified mail with return receipt. You can't let them do this to you.

OK so I got everyone to stop calling me, My boss told them I dont work here anymore. Now what do I do about the balances they claim I owe. These guys from Norman G Kilman from Acreditted Collection Company say I owe $545.00 but he wont send me any documents that say I owe that money. Please help me!
