The number you are asking about belongs to United Cash Loans phone number out of Carson City, Nevada. Be very aware of them. They are like a snake in the grass. Be on guard with them and don't let them intimidate you.

They are so smoothe. They sound nice til they see you are not going to give in to their demands, then thats when they start their threats. If you start having problems with them, report them to the attorney general in your state, BBB, Nevada Consumer Protection.

thanks. I won't be talking to them until it's there turn to be paid. The ones that work with me are the ones that get paid first.

In my opinion, if you can include this collection agency in your payment list, you will be improving your credit file at an earlier stage. Otherwise, the account that they are holding will be marked in collections and the lenders won't see you taking care of this account till you do it. I will make payment agreements after reviewing the account legally.

david,

I agree with your statement to rmunson. I was just letting her know what she will have to deal with when United Cash Loans makes their move.

Brat, since you have dealt with United Cash loans individually, I can understand how United Cash Loans will come up when rmunson will be contacted by them.

rmunson, if you face any problems in negotiating with United Cash Loans, let us know. I, Brat as well as others will help you in making the deal properly.

Well i'm paying paydayon on feb. 23rd and march 2nd. The next time I could make a payment on united would be march 23rd. (got to pay the house and car payments). I figure if i call them now they aren't going to take arrangements to be paid the last 2 weeks of march. This way i could pay them off in two weeks. do you all think i should call them and pay little amounts each week? It'll still be march before I could pay them off...

They won't accept payment if its in March. They will want it now. Your next two pay periods. The only way to get in touch with them is by email or fax from my experience. They will hit your checking account if you haven't closed it yet. If you would like, I can give you their fax number and email address. All you have to do is sign up under the members section, then pm me and I will give you all the details.

Yea i figured they would want it now. That's why i haven't called them. I closed my checking account several months ago. So they can't get any money from there. I have a phone number and extension for when I have the cash to pay them. I have no problem paying them. Just don't have the money yet.

Just got a call from a Lisa, who could barely contain her laughter on the phone, who informed my answering machine that she had a return check and that i needed to call her back immediatly. Bunch of bs. Are these people with ellis crosby?

rmunson,

Ellis Crosby was a collection agency. I don't know if term ‘was' suits here or not because according to the posts in this forum, it seems they are still in business but in some other name.

Have you received call from a collection agency or your creditor has called you?

I got confused. Never mind The call was from United Cash Loans. It cracked me up though that "lisa" almost started laughing during her stern message. I also thought they weren't allowed to say that they have a "returned check" on me on my answering machine?

They claim to not accept any type of payment from consolidation, but many of us here have them in consolidation and they are having no problem cashing the check. DO NOT let United Cash Loans get away with their sh*t. If you would like, I will pm you information on United Cash Loans.
