Gosh...I can't get addresses on ANY of these...I need to send cease and desist letters to all...HELP!

Quik Payday is from Utah, ameriloan is from Nevada. I have the addresses at work but you can do a search online with the Better Business Bureau. It will bring these addresses up that way. You can do a search in the forums of the other company names, I'm sure you can find the addresses of the other companies that way. It will also give you more information on what other people went through. I have filed a formal complaint against Quik Payday with my AG's office because they broke a cease and desist letter. Also, they said they called the same day before they received the letter in the mail. I also faxed it to them on the day I sent it. I followed up on the complaint with proof of this. I also included the fax print report where it showed the fax went through okay. I'm still waiting to hear back on this. I know some people have gone through heck with Ameriloan. They haven't contact me personally yet. Do a search and you will find useful information.

I was able to work out a payment plan with Quikpayday.com. It wasn't to bad, except I had to send them via Western Union. I haven't worked with any of the others. Hope everything works out for you.

I was recently ripped off by a company called Credit Plus Rewards , this company is not to be confused with Credit Plus Awards . This company is somehow getting info from payday sites and stealing monie from the accounts . They offer you a loan thru their card , but you have to pay them $129.95 before they process you . The website is boggas and you cannot reach them by their toll free number . Don't let anyone else get RIPPED OFF by this scam as I did . Pass this along to whomever you can and all the payday sites you can . Thanks Greg Clary

I used to collect for Cash America and Cashland. In comparison to all these infamous payday loan charlatans loathed about in this forum, these two were pretty tame. I collected the debts as is. They took out $500, I collected for $500 and nothing more. No exponential interest and fees, no crazy talk about anybody going to jail and being served at work. If any of you were patrons of Cash America or Cashland and have a different side to tell, I'm all eyes.
