I keep getting a call from them too!!! I called a while back about the free vacation package and they told me they'd be getting back to me within 5 minutes - apparently they took over a month!

This whole yhing is a scam. I called 103.5 FM because they were doing a promotion for this company "Consolidated Resorts" to win 2 night in Vegas at the Tahiti Resort. So I called, they took all my info and they said they will mail my tickets out. This was back in May. It's August now and I am still waiting even if I called them 2 times.

Now I am getting calls from them every day 3 times.

IT'S A SCAM FOR SURE

This is a number for consolidated resorts. I also called sbout the free trip. Once they have your number they will continue to call. and they will also find any other number associated with your name and call that one as well. I have told them numerous time to get me off their list.

I also called after an ad on the radio sponsored by Rosanne. What a mistake! I knew right as they answered with "Congratulations! You've won a trip to Las Vegas. Can you please provide me with your contact information and we'll be in touch with you within 30 minutes" that this was a scam.

Ugh. Sure enough, they wanted me to commit to something while I was in Vegas (I'm sure timeshare, but didn't confirm). I asked them to keep my information on the list while I called my husband to see if it was okay to commit, and the associate stated that he couldn't wait and needed an answer while we were on the phone at that moment.

So I said I wasn't interested, and since then I've gotten about 5 calls in 2 and a half weeks from the number. Each time I answer, nobody replies. I finally just called them back and asked that they remove my number from their system. We'll see how that goes!

You just got scammed! I'd report it to my CC company as a fraudulent charge.

That's the reason these scumbags stay in business, calling people that don't know any better. Out of 100 calls, they will find at least 1 sucker.

I almost got scammed, but lucky for me I've been scammed before so I don't believe anything that sounds too good to be true. If you ever here of anything just go to google.com and type in the company name or promotion and put the word SCAM at the end. If it's a scam you will seen hundreds of related articles of others that have been scammed, thats how I found this site that I'm on right now! I even heard this promotion on radio station 106.5 a station that is well respected in my area, I even do business with them. I'm suprised to learn that radio stations do not validate anything, you can say anything you want and they will believe you without checking into it. Just as you hear in some other peoples stories, I was told they would call me back in 1/2 hour. no one called and i was pissed cuz i wanted my free trip! So i called the number back and immediately was told, congrats you won a trip to vegas! again??? they didn't even know i had previously called. So the guy tells me to go to mdvegas.com and i fillout my info. the FREE certificate then asks me to send a certified $195 check, that didn't seem right so i searched the internet for tahiti resort scams and sure enough it's a scam. Later that night, the guy who said he would call me did call me back and said sorry, he has been busy answering soo many calls. I acted dumb and went along with it, then i asked several questions about the company that really put him on the spot, he got nervous and didn't have the right answers, i told him he was particpating in a scam and shame on you. he hung up.
