Mr B,

I had tried that number and it stated "Consolidated Resorts" in Las Vegas, NV according to the recorded msg.

I also did a google search locally for this company and it listed several locations and telephone numbers in the Las Vegas, NV area.

I think it is a Vegas vacation hotline...for reservations and such...Probably a time share of sorts.

Andrea and Mary, have you sent a cease and desist letter to the company. You must write this letter and send it through certified mail with return receipt requested. It will be a violation of the federal law if they try to contact you further.

when I answered one time, they just hung up. so I called right back, got through to someone and asked them to stop calling. They took my number and siad they would, if they call again, I'll call the BBB or something higher up.

I would recommend you answer the call and request to be removed from the list or you will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

omg

is this a scam?

I was listening to the radio in april, and rosanne was promoting it. YES ROSANNE BARR! (the station was in los angeles known as KISS fm 102.7)

She said the first 50 callers that called in would win a free weekend in vegas

so i called right away and won, they said all there was a 10 dollar fee for whatever reason, they said to expect a package within 7-11 business days. This was on 4/26/07 til this day 5/18/07 they havent sent me anyhting.

So i looked at my cell phone bill and found the number i called. I called it, they then gave me a new number to call and their website. I googled it and found this site and a few others, i added the word "scam" and i came up with some things.

Its very weird that number they gave me is actually calling people, like a telemarketing scam...very weird, and they have my credit card number too...

On May 29, 2007 the radio sation 106.1 had Rosanne Barr talking about her new standup act in Vegas. She gave out an 800 number, said the first 100 callers would receive a FREE four day three night stay. I took a chance and called. They answered Congrats! your a winner then asked for my number said someone would contact me in 15 minutes and I've been called 4 times in less than 24 hours with vacation package offers.

I was getting a call nightly from them on my cell for about a month. I have my number registered with the do not call list. They have a link on the do not call list to register a complaint. The calls stopped after filing a complaint.
