Hello All, you all have been very helpful in the past so I am polling for more assistance. I have already contact T & C and will be working with them - I have several walk in payday loan companies that I have been working with - I have been paying them with no problem but feel that I am losing most of my paycheck because of the fees - I have included them in the consolidation, however they have a paper check that I have to leave with them to "rewrite" for another loan, so they have the authority to take the check in and cash it (or get a cashier's check) - how do I handle them....

Are they happy with you going through the consolidation program? If the lenders don't have problems working with your consolidators, there won't be a need to cash in the check because you will be regular in your payments. They have the authority to do only when you default in your payments. But you will be taking care of it and the company will also do according to the agreement. Talk to them and explain your concern. It will be better to have the agreement in writing as well.

Store front lenders are different than online payday loan companies. I would have T & C contact them first to see what can be set up as far as a payment plan.
