Hi, I am currently getting some info together to bring a complaint against Cash Today. I was wondering if I can use some of your post of other complaints as references.

Arlene, I may be wrong...but if you are trying to get info to start a lawsuit against them, the posts will only be hearsay unless you actually have the names and circumstances of the people who posted the threads. I think that if you want to get a lawsuit going, then maybe you should try to start a thread getting others to join you, or sign up as a member so others who are having problems with Cash Today can send you a pm and give you their info, and you can all join together. That would make the case much stronger. Just my opinion, I may be wrong. Maybe one of the moderators will have further info for you.

Arlene,
I suggest getting a petition going. I may not be familiar with Cash Today, but there are a number of forum members who are. Get e-mail addresses, get hard info like validation letters and recorded conversations sent to you. I hope this will further your cause. A list of states banning payday loans will help as well.
