How to take care of my payday loans

I have contacted them and have gotten my initial paperwork from T & C, but for some reason it just seems too good to be true...I have quite a few payday loans that I want them to take care of as well as a few medical bills - could anyone tell me if they have had any bad experiences with T & C? How is it to work with them? The young lady I spoke with told me that they would even pay the Western Union fees for me...

I have been with T & C for almost three months and I have been very happy with them.

When they started making payments to the companies, did the calls stop? Did they provide you with a statement each month?

I am not too sure about that but they did tell me that whenever they receive the retainer fee, they will start contacting the creditors that same afternoon, so my guess is that it's possible for them to have arrangements set up before Friday. Because I am with a credit union, what I did was put my money into the savings account and told the bank not to allow the savings to be overdraft protection...this way everything will bounce from the checking account. Of course I am getting fees, but that's until I get a new account elsewhere.

I have been with T&C since December 2005 and haven't had any trouble with them. I also have our credit cards with them and they have been wonderful.

fka22, you can call T&C and get your loans listed with them. Be sure to close your checking account before Friday so they don't hit it. They also consolidate credit cards.

I was told the same thing and I am not sure why but that is not how it works. They will forward the money you pay to the creditors. If you can, please close your checking account tommorow. If you have direct deposit, go to the bank and have them to put a freeze on the account so that only deposits go in or change the account number. One way to do this without "letting them know all your business" is to tell them that you have lost your wallet and you want your account number changed. It may not be completely honest, but I had to do it because my credit union gave me a really hard time about blocking the payday loan debits.

Mecasa, they are talking about if you had any of your debts like payday loans taken out of you checking account by debit.T&C will make the payments to the creditors that you listed with them, but the payday loan people will most likely still try to debit your account. Most here have closed thier checking accounts and open another,to keep this from happening.
