Okie,
I am currently dealing with United Cash Loans. They sent me an email telling me my account was turned over to Pinion North Management Collection Dept. They told me the same that they were not a third party collection agancy and had no idea what I was talking about when I told them I wanted debt valiation, they told me they were a payment and processing center. Then someone by the name of Ivy Poole calling from a MO phone number, 816-682-8605 leaves me a message I had 48 hours to make payment or they would send the paperwork to NJ( where I live)for processing. Turned around called the FTC and by the FTC defination they are a third-party collection agency - UCL gave them PinionNorth the account to collect a debt owed to United Cash Loans. Sent them a valaidation letter it has been two weeks and have not heard anything from them todate. This is the address they gave me on the e-mail the phone number is

Check with the New Mexico Consumer Protection. They give many false addresses. Make them validate. File a complaint against them with the Consumer Protection Unit in Nevada. Do not send them a dime til you verify the address and they validate the debt.

Can someone please provide me with the name and address of Platinum B?

1st Credit has been harassing me for 4 months regarding a payday loan from Platinum B Services back in March of 2005. When I ask for a validation of debt, they tell me they will email it to me but I never receive anything. They say because I set up a payment plan with them, that states that I agree that I owe the debt. I told them I would set up a payment plan once I receive a verification of debt.

They keep calling and harassing me but will not send me any proof. I have checked with the bank that I had at the time they say I had the payday loan and they do not show any deposits from them.

When I was scrolling through some forums last week, I came across a message from Josh, Vice President at Platinmum Services who said anyone could contact him but not I can't seem to find his message.

Please help.

First of all don't pay a dime to 1st credit of america. They are on the list of naughty people. You need to report their harassment to Lisa Madgan Attorney General of Illinois immediately. They have to validate the debt as requested by the customer.
