Thank you guys for recommending T & C. I called them this morning - got the contract and will send them payment Saturday. The couselor said all calls will be stopped!! Yay! I was going to go to Hess Kennedy but T & C is a lot cheaper and they will do all my Payday Loans (13 of them) and all of my other creditors. Thank you again!!!

Thank you for the info on T & C I am sending in my fee by WU and T & C said as soon as they get the fee I can have the payday loan companies call them and my other creditors they also do credit cards, student loans, medical bills, personal loans! I can't wait to have these payday loans off my back!

I remember when I first signed up with T & C. It was a great relief. I'm sure you ladies feel the same way. Just remember not to take out anymore payday loans. I think we've all learned that lesson.

I have a general question - I put a stop payment on all the payday loans and am now going to T& C to consolidate these loans - will the payday loans people still harrass me after I put stop payment on these. T & C said they should stop harrassing me after they receive the letter - but do they really? They have my work number and home number and on some I gave real references. Can they call these references? I gave T & C the names of these references and asked them to put those in the letters I am hopint they do. I can't wait to stop these payday loans - will so far they haven't bothered me = they will next week when they find out I put a stop payment on them!!

Once they start getting money from the consolidation company, chances are they will stop calling you. Mishele could help you more with this topic. Keep watching.

Forgot one thing can these payday loans call your references you give - I was honest and gave real references and telephone numbers. I have asked T&C to put those names in the letter and for the payday loan people not to call them. WIll thay adhere to that letter and not call the referemces? ( most references are my family and I don't want them to know about these payday loans.

Some of the payday lenders will call the referneces out of spite and they tell all. They will claim that they can't get in touch with you and tell them the whole story.
