How do I get t & c information? How do they work?

Will these people try to get money out of the references or just tell them a sob story that they can't find me?

The PDL companies will tell them anything they can to get information of where yo work, when your there, who your neighbors are. They have been known to threaten arrest unless the contact pays immediately. There are many scare tactics that they use and 9 x's out of 10 they are illegal.

I responded to your pm. I'm sorry but this is the first change I've had to log in today. If they do contact your references and disclose the inforamtion to them, this is considered illegal. You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission if such a thing would happen. I've explained more in my pm. I don't want to go into all that much detail in the forums. None of my references were called. T & C stated not to when they sent my first proposal letters out. I also contacted each of my creditors in the beginning to let them know I was going into debt consolidation. I also let them know not to contact my references that I listed on the application. Try not to fret too much. Please pm me if you have further questions. And don't forget to breathe because you took a step in the right direction. Smile

i have just started my program today, but just finding them and talking to them and knowing they work wiht payday loan consolidation was enough a relief for me. ive heard alot of good things about them so far. i will be writing about my personal experiences with them and with all the lenders as i go through the program. i urge others to do the same
