Can I send a cease and desist(?)or cease of communication letters to payday loan companies i have with T&C before I know they accept T&C proposal? I have gotten many calls at work last week from these people. I have made payment arrangements with two of the payday loans. One said they would keep calling for collection until they accept T&C I forgot to write down that one so I would know to contact T&C. Should I send these letters out? I really can't afford the certified letter and request for signature right now.

Hey you are not supposed to use all caps in posting and who do you think you are? Mr. goodytwoshoes? Why are you yelling you are on this site a lot too I notice. So mr.ipaymybills relax and show a little consideration to us poor folks who are trying to pay bills by consolidation! I'm sure you have made many mistakes in your lifetime we are all not perfect like you.

I just got off the phone with a nice lady named Melissa and she said they can work with me. They are going to send me a fax with the paper work to go over. Does this sound right?

Yep they will fax you the paperwork for you to read and if you agree to the terms, you sign and fax it back.

I just signed up on this site. After entering my info I was told that "Superior debt relief" is my best option and they will be contacting me via the number I entered.

1. Do you all have any experience with this company?
