I got a quote for all my loans but I am wondering if I should send western union or first class mail. I am just afraid of the possibility of geting sued before they start contacting all the creditors. Any suggestions/comments. I would rather mail the forms in because its cheaper.....I'll take any input. I am just relieved that I can get some help and be heading toward the "stress free" road!

Usually, the call is placed back within the same day. In case, you don't get the call, you will definitely hear from someone the next day.

Jo, my personal view will be to send the money through check. This way, your bank information remains secret and the company will also receive the payment from you.

Yes, the company will work with you on your consolidation program as they have been recommended in your area. Discuss your accounts in details and set up the payment plans. Keep making regular payments and become debt free within the set period of time. Best of luck

You may be able to include the medical bills but car loans are not generally included with the debt management program. If you have registered here someone will call you and you can ask that question.

Hi there, new poster but frequent lurker. It has been WONDERFUL finding this board. I have been kicking myself for the enormous financial hole I have dug myself into. I consider myself a pretty well-educated person, have a good job, no one on the outside would guess what a nightmare of PDLs, credit card debt, and overdraft fees I've stockpiled. Sad

I've also put my parents and fiance in debt borrowing money to throw at my payday loans and I was beginning to truly think I would never get out of this.

So, thanks. I would like to contact T&C and see what they can do. Could someone please PM me the info?

holdingbyathread--I am so glad you found this forum and are a lurker "no more". It can be so much more informative for you if you can share your experiences with everyone here. If you have been "lurking" around then you know that everyone here has been or is in the same boat with their debts. Glad you came on board.

well, I have most of the info I need to consolidate my PDLs and it is scary. I managed to get at least 10 of them for a couple of grand.
What a dumba** I was for thinking it was an easy way out!!
