I am currently working with T & C to consolidate all of my payday loans, and I was just wondering if they are a good company to work with? They seemed very nice on the phone, but they also seem extremely busy, and I just want to make sure they are going to do a good job.
They said they sent me paperwork last week Tuesday when I first called and I didn't receive it as of yesterday, so I called again, and they said they would send it out again.

I have been with T&C since December 2005 and they have been wonderful to work with. I requested balances still owed on the 28th of February and I received the statement yesterday. They are very busy, but they are good at what they do and they help in any way possible.

I just opened my account with them and they have been absolutely wonderful so far. I received all my paperwork and my first set of coupons. They are busy but well organized.

Does T & C only work with payday loans and do they stop the calls? what is their Phone Number? I am going to Hess Kennedy Company they say hey do payday loans, and credit cards, student loans etc. THat is why I am going with Hess biut is T & C better? I haven't made a payment to Hess yet. Please let me know or answer this question Thanks!

Thanks so much! I just wanted to make sure they were legitimate, considering all of the bad companies I have been dealing with lately. I'm so glad I found this website! Everyone has been so helpful!

T & C works with payday loans as well as other types as far as I know. I just received their paperwork and I have to send in the fee, but I am hoping the calls stop as soon as they start working on my consolidation. Someone else might be able to give some advice on that though?

They have a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau. You can always check out a company that way if you have questions about them. I have had very good luck with them.

I'm also wondering about the calls. Do they stop after T&C starts calling the payday loan companies?

The payday loan companies calls will cease after they receive a couple of months payments and see you are willing to pay them. I have had two call and do their usual threats, and I intern called my couselor at T&C and she handled everything.
