Nationwide Cash

We are working with T&C and have sent everything out to them and they have sent information to my payday loan companies. However, today Nationwide Cash called my husband and demanded a new checking account and he gave it to them. I am about angry right now. Can I revoke the payments since they are the program? He wimped out when they called him and threaten to sue him for fraud. I have talked to him until I am blue in the face that they can't do this but does he listen. What can I do now to get this stopped? We just opened up a new account?

BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK them from your new checking accounting. You need to stop them, I refuse to give my information to anyone now. Nationwide is not fun to deal with but DO NOT buckle under with them. They are in our T&C program also. Take Care! Very Happy

Hi Sue,

Do I just call the bank and have them block it? My husband was the one that gave the information to them with me being unaware. I am so peoed I can't see straight.

Thanks for your response!

emsbchristy,

You have to contact your bank if you wish to block them. Also inform your counselor that they are trying to get money from your checking account. Once they start receiving payments from your consolidation company, hopefully they will cease contacting you. Keep us posted.

Contact your bank and let them know what happened. They should be able to pull the info from your old account to get this stopped. If they do get to your account I would think the bank could reverse them. Good luck and let us know what happens!
