A cease and desist letter will stop the collectors from calling you further. Here is a template of the letter.

help please
hello i am in payday loan jail i swear. I am about 3700.00 in debt with payday loans and will not be able to reloan on my next check im so scared i will go to jail or they will make my life miserable by calling 24/7 and i will lose my job if they call at work. i cant keep paying the loan fees i paid $500.00 this week just to keep them going im broke please help me someone thank you

Relax sunshine, no one will send you to jail. Defaulting on the debt is not a criminal offense for which you need to be sentenced jail. This is a civil matter and the actions will take place in small claims court if it gets a legal touch. The most that can happen is that the judge will fix your payments after analyzing your financial situation.
You can still try to settle the matter before it reaches the court. Talk to the lenders and see the latest status of your account. Propose your payment plans and assure that you will be regular in paying them. As you have already paid some money, they will be willing to work with you. You must talk to them first before you default completely.

I've been trying to find someone to consolidate my payday loans with a payment plan I can afford but have had no luck. I filled out the info form on this website but didn't get a call from anyone that could help me. I keep hearing about T & C on here and how they keep helping everyone - how do I get in touch with them?????
