i believe shes trying to find someoone other then T&C. they told her they dont work with people from the state of kentucky. not really sure why, but if anyone else had positive experiences with other companies that did payday loan consolidation, please let us know, thanks

mishele can you pm me the other option.. i will be sending my payment in tommorow to T&C. maybe i should look into the other company also. or would you advise me to stay with T&C? ive heard alot of good things about them so it might be a good choice. let me know. thanks

just curious since i cant seem to find anyone to help consolidate in my state if i stop payment on the payday loans and sned the money until i pay them off can they sue me or garnish my payroll check? i dont want to end up in jail or anything

i just sent my payment over to T&C today. How long after they receive payment do they start to contact the payday lenders? Also when is the first payment due? i know they said you can pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly, but how soon after they receive the 155.00 fee, do i have to start sending out the payments for debt? please let me know, thanks

I would recommend staying with T & C since you have got the ball rolling already, fka. They are agressive when it comes to payday loans.

I would talk to T &C about your payment schedule. It really depends on your financial circumstances. I pay weekly by money order but I get paid weekly so that works out for me. They sent the proposal letters to my creditors the day after I sent the retainer fee.

when was your first payment due after sending in your retainer payment? i get paid biweekly and wont be getting paid until next friday so i am hoping that i wont have to pay before then. i will try and contact them in the morning tommorow. whenever i call them in the afternoon, i have to wait a while on the phone before i can eventualy get anyone.
