I just sent my first payment quick collect to T&C and I am elated!!! I feel like I can finally breathe again. And what's more, I can get excited about payday now because I will actually have some money left in my bank account when my direct deposit goes thru!!! When I found this forum 5 days ago I was doing a web search to get a loan with bad credit. I just happened to stumble onto you guys and I feel like my whole life has changed in just 5 days. It is amazing how debt and worrying about debt can take over your whole life. But now that I'm on the road to freedom, I will never fall into this trap again.

I felt the same way - though my first payment won't be until March 27th I still am apprehensive until I make my first few payments and the calls stop coming in. I feel like you now I will have money in the bank instead of negative balance. I had to be a late on my utilities because of the payday loans - they took my whole check! I had to give up my car because I couldn't make the payments on it. I hope I will be able to breathe much easier at the end of April when my 3 payment will be sent to T&C!!

It's a great relief when you get success while taking care of your debt problems. You have got a chance to improve your financial worthiness and thinking about this, do not miss any of the payments in the plan. You have already learnt the lesson of keeping yourself away from the payday loans.
This forum has been a life saver for many others like you. Keep in touch with the community and you will always get sensible advice here. Many others will say the same just after I have posted this online.

Indeed...what a fantastic feeling when you realize you're on your way out of the trap!
My big thing was sleep...I'd stay awake for hours, then go downstairs and play Xbox for a while, write in my blog, work on some D&D stuff...then be worthless the next day at work.
So nice to be able to SLEEP!

I am so glad, like all others, too that I found this site. I was surfing also for a way out of this mess and stumbled onto this forum.
I immediately broke into tears when I saw all the same names of payday companies that I use, and the same trouble everyone has had.
No one ever intends on letting things get so far out of hand, and when the chips are down you feel all hope is lost.
I will hopefully get some information on T&C from the moderators here and will begin my financial freedom soon too!
I hope I will be able to sleep again, as well!
Kudos to those of you who have taken the first step!

I recently made my first payment as well. When I called T & C to let them know the tracking information, they informed me that one of my creditors wants more than what they offered. So, now I have to send $30 more. I hope all of my creditors dont do that. Has anyone had this problem?
Would it help if I sent a verification letter to this specific payday loan company to verify the debt?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I had two creditors wanting more than offered and I told T&C to pay them what T&C offered and nothing more and haven't heard a word from the payday loan companies.

Thanks for the advice! I will call T & C today. I hate that I am in this situation, but I really do want to pay these companies off. It would be nice if they were a little more understanding...like that's going to happen. Especially when I am making an effort to pay them off.

I am also glad i came across this site. I sent in my first payment to T&C last week and it feels good that im finally getting back on track. I had no clue what to do about all my payday loans and they were eating up my whole paycheck. Im finally getin back on track though and hope this site can help many others in the same situation.
