Believe it or not, I found 500 fast cash to be easy to work with. I submitted my wage revocation, then emailed them my settlement offer and then that was pretty much it.

I don't know why I had the success I did so quickly with them, but I think it helps to be firm, yet professional in your communications with them. If you just "go off" they don't react well to that.

Oh yeah, I also closed my bank account after a few weeks.
Good luck

I am dealing with 500 fastcash now. My loan was only for 150 yet they have taken over 200 out of my account. They have even cause my account to overdraw several times. I contacted them and they keep given me the run around. I have told my bank about the problem and they was willing to do a conference call with 500 fastcash. when i tried to set it up the number i had the rep told me it was the wrong department and when i ask for the correct number she told me they were close. I am in the process of closing my bank account

Okay, I just contacted the number posted at the top of this thread. I was told that if anyone has an account with them, you have to give them 3 business days to change your payment arrangements or increase the payment amount. Also you can send them payments exclusive of electronic withdrawals from your account through Western Union. Code City/Pinion, Code State/Kansas. Include your account number and due date. Then you have to call them 3 days before your next due date to stop them from withdrawing any payments.

I find this hard to believe b/c I have done this before and they still debited my account and it was for the wrong amount, causing my bank account to be in the negative

I have received phone calls from 500 fast cash and I have asked them to send me over verification of the loan and there licensing documents in the state of RI. They told me they dont have to send me anything and that I am stalling I believe I have the right to see what I borrowed and what payments have been posted. In our state it is only legal for 2 rollovers and I believe that I have had several and the loan is paid for. They also told me that they will take action on my name and ssn what does this mean?

I need a FAX number for this company. I must fax them immediately a cease / desist letter to stop harrassing me at my job. I am a customer service person and am not allowed to receive personal calls unless it is an emergency and they continue to call me after I have requested them to stop. I also asked them to send me a copy of their license to operate in my state of MN. they refused to do so. I am asssuming it is because they are not licensed. Therefore I am going to assume on my end that my loan is null and void and I dare them to try to sue me.

There are NO laws stating you must pay these companies in the manner they request. If you owe them money and do not dispute that like myself you have the right to ask for an address to send a money order like I did. They refused to give me an address or any other documents I requested. That shows me that they are the ones being uncooperative and obviously have something to hide.

The fax number that I have for 500fastcash is 800-416-1619. I have an address for them in Nevada, don't know if it is correct.
2533 N. Carson St.
Carson City, NV 89706

I am not disputing that I owe them money either, just that I owe them like $400 less than they say that I do but when I told them so they told me that my settlement offer was ridiculous and they would not work with me either.

Thank you so very much. I am wondering how on earthe they think we are all dummies who cannot add. Also when money is debited from our accounts there is a paper trail for us there. So why do they continue to say we owe more than we do? Most of us take careful consideration of what comes out of our accounts. Anyway find out if they are even licensed to do business in your state. If not then loan is null and void no matter what also they have to take you to court in the state YOU live in not where they reside.

I am disabled and had a medical emergency and tried to borrow 150.00 fro 500 Fast Cash. I never got the money, and when I reported it - I was informed that I am still responsible for payment, as they claimed they sent it.

Long story short- I had to fax them my bank activity to prove it was never recieved. They tried to blame me and my bank. Everyone I spoke with or corresponded with was rude and incomepetent.

Ultimately, I decided to complain frequently by phone and e-mail threatening to sue them so they would drop me per elimination of annoyance.

At the end of the day... I got the last laugh.

I had a loan with 500 Fast Cash as well. I went to the website to try to pull up my account info and I couldn't get enough information. All it told me is what they loaned me.So when I went over my bank statements I noticed I had already paid them off and too much by $10. So I went to my bank and closed my account and reopened another one. I have learned my lesson with pdls and never will turn to them again in the time of financial need.

I got a call on my job from Marjorie with 500 fast cash telling me that I have default on my pdl. I only borrowed $200 with a $60 finance charge well my bank statements prove that they got $270 but she said that I still owed $398. She told me I had to call her back in 24 hours or she would have to send it to collections. What do I do?

The first one listed is the one that I called and it worked.
