Please tell me what I need to do. I am so angry about right now. I spoke to T&C today and they advised that Magnun Cash has doubled the amount that I owe them. Don't think so!! I am immediately going to send out a debt validation letter and a cease and desist letter. What else do I need to do? They are out of Delaware. I am going to going to check and see if they are licensed in the State of Indiana. Please help me because there is no way I am paying them double.

Melissa, it already sounds like you're off to a good start. Send the validation request letter ASAP, make sure you send it certified return receipt and wait to see what they come back with. They are to have to prove to you why they're charging double.

Oh man!! emsbchristy don't feel like your alone. I have a loan with Magnum but T&C has still to contact them. So now I know what to expect. Why in the world would they double your loan amount!?!?! This is crazy!

I have absolutely no clue why they did it but believe me I am not going to pay it. I will be fighting with everything I have. T&C is going to fight for me also and find out what the reason behind their nonsense. Don't ever give up is what I have found out. Keep fighting.
