Hello my name is Tareisha Johnson and going throught the same problem and I need to know what you did to stop they people from taking money out of bank account. They been taking $30 dollors out of my account too. They just took money like 2 days ago again. I think I'm going to contact the police about this matter.

I'd love to know if you have any luck with them. I've been trying to get in contact with them to make arrangements to get them paid back and am having a heck of a time getting a hold of them. I closed my account to get them to quit taking out. I had another company too though so it wasn't just them an d I couldn't get them to stop. They're ruthless though!! I'm getting calls at work from so called "legal" people, very arrogant "legal" people at that. They're messages just kill me! The one I got today is from someone with a very thick foreign accent and you can't hardly understand a word he said. So I've done faxes up for these companies requesting all of my account info. and addresses and phone numbers. So we'll see what kind of a response I get. I'm atleast making an effort. The number above is correct you will be prompted by a message machine. Press 100 for Dennis and I think 101 for Katie. Tell them your name and SS#. And request the payoff or paydown. I will find out on the 15th if this has worked.

I'm having the same problem abd they have been taking money from my account but I am unable to reach
them. I am going to cancel my account b/c this does not sound like a legal company.

ANyone looking for the number for Magnum loan. You can call Tele Track. They track all accounts. Tele Track will give you a cosumer report you will get in 5 to 7 business days. The number is 1-800-729-6981. Also I had got this number from the Magnum loan company that you will find on BBB....I called them and they gave me this number because they did a little research themselves. The number is 1-888-276-4189 this is called Debt Doctors. They deal with also Magnum loans. If I find out anymore information I will be sure to post it.

i need to know whats up with this company because i got online to check my bank account today and there was an extra three hundred dollars from this company deposited into my account.. i never applied for a loan with this comapany. i had my husband call and they said that I gave them the go ahead but i never even spoke to anyone about ANY loan.

I went thru all of the phone #s posted and found out that Angela was correct with her posting on the 3rd of aug. is that they are doing business as Dept Doctors and the number is 1-888-276-4189 ext 100 for Dennis. Thaks everyone for your help!!!!!!

I don't know how these people got my information but they know my check direct deposits and are also deducting $60 the day after my check deposits. Should I close my account and re open another one?

Due to the limited information given by you, I am not sure whether closing the account is the only option for you. But make sure, if you decide this move, you must have strong reasons about closing your account. Basically, you will need to prove some illegal activities by the loan company that forced you to close the account. You should call Magnum Z and verify the withdrawals. There must be a legit purpose behind these withdrawals.

one morning i was going over my bank acct. and saw that two hundred dlrs. was dep. to my acct. now a sixty dllr. amount was taken out. do they stop taking the money when the loan is paid.

I called my bank and they gave me the number to a first nat'l bank. Apparently this is the bank that magnum uses to give and take funds out. I called first nat'l and they also gave me the number for magnum z it is 1 888 276 4189 speak to dennis or katie. Thier address is p.o. box 126 wentzville, mi. 63385

So they called and left me a vm yesterday saying i had been approved, but i needed to contact Katie at the above number...i never called them back because i didnt want the loan, but they deposited 250 into my account today...i called, spoke to dennis and he ASSURED me the money would be removed tomorrow, without any futhur obligation.....should i believe him, or just close the account????
