1-866-266-6600

1-866-313-1216

1-321-281-3655 Says JNS Design Group...Not a local number, sounds weird...Maybe a fake name...

1-800-477-1827

These were all on the caller ID when I got home.

I believe that the 1-866-266-6600 is a spam caller that trys to get your cell phone information, inorder to spam you with text messages.

1-866-266-6600 is Asset Acceptence, LLC...

Ok, so I called Asset Acceptence, LLC and talked to a lady named Sylvia.

I have 2 past telephone bills from 1999, and one from 1999-2000. The amounts are $210.12 and 234.93.

Of course we went around and around about whether there was a possibility of me paying them now...Even with a settlement, which she wouldn't tell me how much without me saying yes, all she would tell me was "It would be worth your while." I told her, "I bet it would be, except I have NO money for the next couple of months, but would be in contact with her as they are the next on my list.

I told her to knock off the phone calls to my house, and she said, "Now that's where we have a problem, because there are 2 of us working on your account. I said, "So what? Update my record to say NO PHONE CALLS." She said, "We can't do that, we're really fast paced around here." I said, "What's that have to do with anything. I'm NOT home during the day, so you'd be wasting your time. Plus, I just told you that there is no way in the world I can give you any money for the next few months." She said, "Well what's the best time to call you?" I said, "11 p.m." She said, "Whats your work number?" I said, "That's none of your business." She said, "Ok." I said, "Whats your address?" "She said, PO Box 2036--Wait..Why do you need my address?" I said, "Because I want it."

They're going to get a full-blowd C&D letter from me...Along with a note saying that "Sylvia" needs to learn that when someone says not to call their house, the law says that if you CALL it's harassment.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Good job standing up for yourself Jessi. I love it when someone tries to tell me something thats not true and I tell them it's not and they argue with me. I had one yesterday tell me something I knew was wrong and I just said "I'm not arguing with you, thank you for the information" but before I could finish she had hung up on me. What's the heck? Do they actually think I'm sending them more money when they hang up on me. I don't get it, if I was rude to someone in my job I'd get in trouble but they don't care...whatever. I just hope they can live with themselves when they go home at night and realize how they treat people, I know I couldn't.

By the way Jessie, it is very likely that the person you talked to, "Sylvia ??" is not her real name. Despite the laws that say they must use real names, how are you gonna prove it? Good luck

It's not against the law in Ohio to use an alias...Most do this for their personal protection...I don't care if her name is Dumbo, but if I say don't call my house, I mean don't CALL..

I looked it up on the web, along with the name "JNS Desgn Group" and besides your mentioning it on this website I found another site that said "JNS Design Group 6805 West Commercial Blvd., #191 Tamarac, Florida 33319 a/k/a Premier Travel ... Enrique A. Gomez Mikael A. Schultz 321-281-3655 (bogus number) JNS DESIGN GROU ORLANDO F" So I guess it's a bogus number???

I picked up the call with this number - 321.281.3655, which showed "JNS Design Group" (currently being sued by hundreds of Indiana residents. I picked the call up because of an online resume I sent to *** Design Group. However, I got a recording about a fabulous vacation package.. I waited to speak with someone... as soon as I asked where they got my number, they hung up. I called the same number back, with a one.... disconnected. A line that only allows outgoing calls.
So...

321.281.3655 =

****, better known as the JNS Design Group.
