Is anyone consolidating any loans with Magnum Cash Advance or Cashnet500. They told T&C that they don't do consolidation.

I didn't consolodate Cashnet500, but am still waiting on a paid in full letter from them. They're a real treat to work with, I'll tell you that.

I have made payment arrangements with cashnet500. haven't heard back from Magnum - asked T&C to fax a letter to them after they called me that was last week. You may want to speak to Angela at Magnum that's who I talked to.

Jessi,
How are cashnet500 on regards to working with T&C. Did it take several payments before they finaly decided to cave in and take part in the consolidation. I have a loan out with them and wondering how they are going to deal with T&C.

iloveteaching..Magnum Cash has more than doubled our amount due with them as soon as we went on the debt management program. I am going to fight with everything I have to not pay a dime of these back as I have found out that they are only allowed to do $500 in my state total.

I am paying cashnet500 $105. bi-weekly (I told them I couldn't pay no more than that) till May 19 then they are paid. I can pm you the person I talked to. They are pretty reasonable. Magnum cash advance is working/accepted T&C proposal I was getting phone calls from them but they stopped. I haven't had one phone call from a lender since going to T&C - oh I did get one call from WorldWide Cash -I guess they looked at their computer and saw I was in debt management with T&C then said sorry disregard this phone call!! Yup..Magnum will continue to add fees on "daily basis" if you don't pay them in full
Cashnet500 won't go for the licensing law here in Florida.

Magnum Cash Advance accepted T&C Proposal Cashnet500 would not I am paying $105 biweekly until May 19 then they will be paid. CashToday LTD wouldn't do T&C either they will be paid in full April 21 and I will ask for that in writing.

Has anyone noticed that the companies that are stealing our hard earned money and not licensed in the states in which we reside are they ones refusing T&C. Could it be because of a paper trail of payments to them?
