Quikpaydays website still says they're not issuing new loans..I wonder what the story is.

I understand they went out of business but are still collecting loans - I still have a loan with them but am going with T&C. I think they are a referral company now for payday loans.

Thanks guys. I faxed out and sent out certified mail letters revoking wage assignment, ceasing and desisting and revoking authorization to debit my account. Now at least when they try to debit the account, I can use the faxes and certified letters as proof to show my credit union that the debits are unauthorized and they say they will block the debits from that point and refund any money or fees I incur. They said I could fill out a penalty of perjury form against the companies if they try to debit.

Since you all have sent certified letters how much does it cost/ I want to send to GECC and Quick Payday. Quick keeps dragging their sorry feet with T&C. T&C called them Tuesday not to call me anymore and today I got a call from them and told them I am with T&C and Amanda said for them to call. T&C called them last week too. what is it with Quick Payday. ALmost all of the pdl companies accepted T&C proposals. I have 4 left to go plus 3 credit cards (1 credit card accepted T&C)and two personal loans.
