OMG!!!

If you have not heard the pollyandsay interview you have to listen to it asap. I just got done listening and I am amazed! I too have loans with this company (the names I borrowed from were ICS and cash2day4u). I don't know how many times they have debited $79 and $89 from my account.

pollyandsay, I am so onboard with any actions you are planning to take against this company and would love to be a part of a class action law suit against them. Just think how many others are out there being taken by this company as we speak, who don't know that they have rights to defend themselves against these people.

We have to do something!

We are trying to collect as many audio interviews as possible with people who may have been potentially harmed by intermin cash limited / cash today / cash2day4u / Heathmill.

So that we can collect all the evidence and this will lead to:
* They might change their business practice seeing this growing evidence against them
* Or, DebtCC community filling a class action lawsuit against them to stop some of their business practices which in our opinion is harming a significant part of american population.

Would you be willing to come forward to an audio interview ?

Yes. Although I haven't had as much experience with them as far as communication as pollyandsay has, I have had the pleasure of them taking money from my account for a good 10 months now.

I am making payment arrangements with CashTOday LTd =But I think AIP may be a sister company of theirs and I know I have overpaid them since November $89.00 twice a month since November. Can we do something with AIP?

iloveeaching thanks for agreeing for the interview.

This is the evidence collection that we are doing. Even though you have not had too much communication with them, you can help us establish their mode of operations. If they did something to pollyandsay that can be regarded as one person saying things which no one knows is true.

But from all over the country if we have 10 un connected people implicating some one. I am sure we can make this country take notice.

Atleast I still have hope left in media / attorney generals / our legal system.

Even with 10 such recorded interviews if we can not make the media / attorney generals / our legal system not do anything, I think I will finally loose all hope in these institutions of a modern democratic society.

Target: 10 audio interviews about cash2today4u / cashtoday / Heathmill / Interim cash limited

Current status: 1 done. 2 agreed for interview. 1 asking for permission.

Final objective: Cash2today4u / Cashtoday / Heathmill / Interim Cash limited if they have actually charged 1000% interest rate they must return all the money they have taken from our community members.

I have had cash today taking money from me for over 6 months now as well. I luckily have not had the misfortune of them calling and harrassing me at work, but I have switched jobs and changed bank accounts, so they migh tbe having a hard time locating me. I am happy to be a part of anything you guys would like....

dennis.dimaria has some serious problem with Cashtoday. This person cancelled the contract and Cashtoday took back the money after few days of disbursement. Now they are charging $$ from dennis. Here is the original post-

hi all, this is dennis wife, now i have been dealing with these people because dennis who i love but is one hell of a push over......i have been on the phone almost all day with a man who claims to be the manager (steve antos) i told him i have talked with my bank and that 3 days after the money was put in our account that it was taken back by CTL, i even have the transaction code, i told this all to mr. antos he claims that they have no record of that in their system, i told him i would be more then happy to fax him a copy but he insisted on doing a confrence call with my bank!!! he refuses to send me any paper work on "our account" says that they dont basicly have any because its all a verbal contract

When you are ready to get on with the class action suit, please let me know. I am so tired of these people harrassing me and debiting my account, without authorization. I have paid over $600 on a $250 loan. and I have also tried to contact tehm many times, without any luck of talking to a real person
