Thanks brownsugar. You would think by now I would know better to give out my bank info. I am just so overwhelmed with phone calls telling me to pay up all the debt by a certain date or they are filing papers in the county I live in and going to serve them to me. Do you know of any company out there that has a good reputation that could help me consolidate or something??

Are your's storefront or internet? I retained Langhorne Law for debt settlement for my internet pdls. I don't know if they handle storefront. It feels good to tell these jerks to call my attorney Payday Avenue had the nerve to tell me to get a family members account and have them debit from that That takes alot of nerve!!!

I have both storefront & Internet. You don't think they will do Storefront?

That's pretty crappy about Payday Ave. I guess I am glad that I don't have one through them. I have to 6 storefront & 7 internet. This is ridiculous and I aske myself everyday "How did I get myself into this mess? I am so sick of crying at work due to harrassing phone calls. I could understand if they actually wanted to be nice and work with me, but instead one lady from a storefront loan called me a loser today. I am by far not a loser, just needed a little extra cash because I was short for a bill and then one loan lead to another. I know it's my fault, but why won't they work with me. They sure wanted to when the gave me the money.

I'm not sure if they deal with storefront. Their number is (866)-529-0217. Talk with a lady at ext.147. If she is not there, leave a message.

Be certain to get a stop payment on your account. They WILL debit the $$$ otherwise.

For one and a half years, I made payments to the Credicure/USA debt management and then the account was transferred to Richard A. Brennan's law office in May 2006. The law office did not make two payment installations to the major creditor and now I am threatened with low credit rating for the law office's not making payments for two months, even though I am paying to a different company. Will Richard A. Brennan please help as I read several queries with positive comments? All I am asking is a complete refund for two months. Thanks!

Is this a case for class action? Hey Richard if you're listening maybe you could advise us how to get our money back from you? Sooner or later you are going to be held accountable. So any ideas out there how we can all get together and get our money back???

I'm in the military, and I have JAG Officers available to me for free law advice and representation. If we class ation this guy, the Navy's going to bat for me and it's gonna get ugly. I just hope that good olde Dickey knows this. The last JAG I went to see is not happy about this situation. I can garentee that he will never see another military member or a dependent of any military memeber for anything ever again. I sent him a letter demanding a refund of my deposit, all my payments taken since July as well as $3000.00, which is 75% of what my debt has increased by since joining Credicure. I feel that I am being resonable. I got 2 kids to feed here, this is BS. He's got 30 days before the Navy gets involved. I want my money, and I want it now.

Arizons2004, just to let you know your posts are starting to look like SPAM, if you have a question or need post away but try and avoid multiple posts of the same thing in different threads. Good luck

Hey All,

I am the one who brought up the class action and I am really appreciative of the response from our navy guy. So where do we start? I will take on part of the work. Do we need to divvy it up somehow? I do not have the resources our navy guy has but there is probably a way we can organize ourselves effectively especially if he uses his particular ones.

Th Texas Attorney General has already responded to my complaint by letter. All of us need to file a formal complaint with our state AG. You do need to send them a copy of the contract you signed.

By the way navy guy I am appreciative of what you do and how hard your existence must be.

Sally

hey Sally I know that the military is looking hard at the budgets of its personel and how the military is being taken advantage of. I would find out who in Washington is sponsoring the bills and contact them. Good luck

Has anyone contacted the local authorities in MD? After all, Richard Brennan is STEALING from us! And since many of his victims are from different states, couldn't this be a federal case??

ashely2006 why don't you start practicing what you preach? stop telling people to stop posting the same thing in different threads. First of all, this is a public site, not yours, people can post when, what and where they want. And second, you are doing the same thing you are telling arizona not to do. Who died and made you boss?
