Richard,
Or can I call you DICK?
You still refuse to accept any accountability or responsibility. And you persist in trying to paint yourself as the angel of mercy in this situation. Yeah, yeah, I know, you're a good guy, right?
You took 2 months worth of my payments, which you have not sent to the credit card companies. Where did the money go? Do you even know? Has it gone toward something you are driving or living in? Perhaps your condo in Miami? Your son's H3 Hummer? Your wife's Italian shoes?
And don't start spouting your lies about how the credit card companies returned the payments...I talked to all of them, and they all said basically the same thing - WHY would we refuse a payment? Really, Richard, why would they? That wouldn't make very good business sense. Even loan sharks don't turn down a payment. You should know that...you probably work with some of them, too.
As far as contacting everyone about how they want this to be handled, your firm certainly hasn't contacted me. Do you even know (or care) what is going on in your own company?
I sent your office a registered mail and got the receipt back with an illegible scribble on it where there should have been a PRINTED name of the person who received it, along with a signature. Obviously, no one wanted to be held liable when the stuff hits the fan.
And from the looks of these posts, I'm not the only one who has the Attorney General, the BBB, and the state Securities Commission looking at your "firm". Don't you think it would be the decent, moral, and ethical thing to do and just give all of us our money back NOW, or at the very least send it immediately to where it was supposed to go in the first place?
Your actions (or inaction as the case may be) confirm the stereotype of lawyers. No wonder they are the least trusted profession in most people's minds, right down there with politicians and televangelists.
