I have to say thank you for a wonderful job that Consumers Alliance has done for me. They have put my mind at ease knowing that my account is being held properly and I should have no more problems with money being taken from my account and not being paid.You can call them and they actually return phone calls where I was with another company who took money from my account for 3 months straight and never paid my creditor nor do they return phone calls or emails. Now I am in the process having trying to get my money to be paid to my creditor.

Two of the 6 payments they owe me posted to my accounts last week. Why now? Have they started paying anyone elses bills yet?

Hey Doc - they made payments on most of my accounts the end of last month. However one account has not received any payments, and they still owe one month worth of payments. When I called about that month worth of payments that I had not seen posted, they tried to tell me that the funds they withdrew in August covered the payments that posted in July - that initially the company fronted the first payments to the creditors. My account was NEVER set up this way - the creditors always received their payments after the funds were withdrawan from my checking account - from the very first payment. Supposedly a supervisor named Mattea is looking into this (along with the one creditor that never received any payments), however I feel that the emails that were forwarded to her have been deleted and faxes have been thrown in the garbage.

I hope you get all the payments that are owed to you.

Richard A Brennan...still reading the posts I see & making ANOTHER 84,000 excuses. As my lawyer is now handling my lawsuit along with the other people that have visted my myspace page (see previous posting from me for information) & since emailed me with their stories which were forwarded to my lawyer. I've currently managed to save up enough time off that I am able to camp out at your office both before & after the Christmas Holidays until I get some answers, reprives in addtion to a refund. Otherwise me & the other concerned consumers who've dealt with you will see you in the highest court. Please make special note that a private investigator has been hired, so once your office & it's employees has been throughly scouted, they're coming after you. You may even notice me camping on your front lawn - I'll be the pissed off one...as for the others, they'll let you know. Cindy Sheehan vs. President Bush ain't got shit on what I'm going to do to make your life as miserable as you've made mine & countless others.

I think if you wanted to be taken seriously, you should not be talking like white trash, and swearing every other word. Only juveniles do that. C'mon, let's be mature, I used words like that in grade school. And you just look like someone out for revenge, instead of someone who truly was deceived. Having said that, I also agree with Johng, you people are not paying attention to the details. How many of you have actually contacted the BBB and complained to someone who could do something for you instead of coming on this site, and just venting? That isn't helping anyone. I hope ya'll feel better after cussing people out and calling them names, boy that will really solve everything. GOOD LUCK!

Jamie in VA has contacted the BBB and more. If you read the 23 pages on this website you will see that this not only is a place to vent, but also a place to warn others and help eachother. If you dont like it then YOU leave. I have contacted every name possible! In times like this an attorney is the only resolution.

I have had no problems with my account with Richard Brennan's office. I was confused at first about the settlement and why my creditors weren't getting paid, but when my paralegal explained to me how the whole process works I felt alot better. My paralegal was able to show me that he had been working with the creditors, despite what they said. This really helped build my trust when I could see that it wasn't them BS'n me like I thought, but actually the creditors. Imagine their suprise (the creditor's) when I told them that I knew they were lieing to me and that they had been contacted and I had proof! I haven't had a call since.

I've been working with a guy named Justin Hartman and he's helped me understand what has happened. I'm not happy, but at least I know whats going on and what my options are. I have since signed up for a settlement plan and even though I know my credit has been hurt I have looked into this and found out its nothing that I can't recover from once this is all over. I would have preferred to pay everything off normally, but at this point I just want it over with and the settlement seems the best option for me. I have also noticed that it is hard to get through on the phonelines, but when I've left messages my calls were usually returned in a few days. Mr.Hartman explained that he had to answer the calls and concerns in the order he got them, which I understand. Its frustrating having to wait a day or two for a phone call, but at least they call me back.

of course they call you back because you settled your accounts with Richard a brennan. You still pay a huge chunk to his office. His office may return your calls because your a settlement client. But they dont when your a debt management client. Because they obviously have done something wrong and are trying to avoid the issues and confrontations with their clients.

I used to work for this company but quit because of the way they do business.they are misleadind and have no interest is customer service.the ceo refers to his clients as losers and dead beats. Take it from me if you sign with this company, you'll regret it. Screw you jeff(ceo) and you too richard. You will both one day get what you deserve,karma is very real.

I checked over at the bbb.org site and discovered that the BBB torch had been removed from Richard A. Brennan, Esq.'s listing. They still have not posted a report though. I think they should have some sort of negative notation in the interim. It is misleading for him just to not have a report available. It leaves no indication for the disaster that is "The Law Office of Richard A. Brenna" or as I like to call him.... the Devil. Evil or Very Mad

I wish I lived closer to Maryland, that man would come to loathe the sight of me. I would love to camp out on his doorstep.

Please take special note moron that I've contacted the BBB, Maryland Bar Assoc., VA Attny General, MD Attny General, etc. All have given the same result "Ok, we heard you...we're looking into it...we'll get back to you soon..." then nothing. So shut the profane remark deleted - SueBee up unless you KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

VICTIMIZED CUSTOMERS OF RA BRENNAN -
if you've been contacted by the debt management Co that RAB forwarded (SOLD) your information to because you were not interested in settling-THIS COMPANY IS IN CAHOOTS WITH RAB-company ownership information shows that the same people who funded & owned stock (including Mr Brennan himself *a greater than 50% stock holder*) in Credit Cure & the rest have the same name as the ones running this Credit Alliance Company crap. It's all a front - same crooks different names, new addresses....is anyone else seeing a pattern here?

CCCA referred me to R.A.Brennan. They have asked for money up front to start the process of debt settlement in motion. I am very leary of this after reading all of the posts n this man.Is there someplace else that I can seek help?

Dont do anything with RA BREANNAS office or anyone he refers you to. Go to another debt management company..Look to see if they are non profit and it there are any complaints against the company under BBB. Also other places charge 14 dollars a month as opposted to 39 from RA brennans office, and they send you statements every month, someone will take your call 24/7 and you will get your bills paid on time! I wouldnt trust his Company for sh*t. Maybe you havent been screwed over by his company but I suggest read all of the pages posted on here before giving him any money. If it didnt happen to you before it could down the road. It happened to me after being with him company for 7 months.
