From what has been going around on this forum about him, I wouldn't send them. Not so long ago, a lady named Lisa from CCA has called me several times wanting me to sign up with Brennan. I kept telling her to quit calling, I wasn't interested, so now, other people from CCA are calling me wanting me to sign with Brennan. You can best believe, I had changed my mind quick, after reading this thread about him.

I was able to obtain a partial refund on my initial deposit with United Christian Financial now Fidelity Reserves. They kept $75 for "processing fees", but to be honest, I was thankful to get back what I did.

Hi
I saw a post on here about getting you deposit back from United Christian Financial. I called filled out and faxed a letter to the grievance department and never heard back and he refused to call me back but anyway he financially called and said it was a non refundable deposit even no I paid them the money the first month and then credit cure after that and only about 50% of billed got paid. my credit is ruined and I am broke from these people.
Any suggestion on at least getting the deposit back??

no lab your credit is ruined because YOU didn't pay YOUR bill, its not this companies fault. Now if they don't hold up their end of the contract then you have an legitimate business issue with them and a civil action can proceed but please place blame where blame needs to go, YOU ruined your own credit. I see so many here blaming third parties for their bad credit, go look in the mirror that is who is to blame for your credit problems not companies or entites as such

Isn't it strange how quickly they take your money, but when you tell them you no longer wish to be a client, they won't respond? I've been forced into bankruptcy because they weren't paying my creditors, but still taking my money.

This is the number I called 1-800-621-7806--it it CreditCure, talked with the first person who answered phone, I don't remember her name, explained that a**hole Brennan kept TWO MONTHS of payments totaling $1575.00 and that was the reason why I stopped the payments to him! About 30 days later I received that check--it was not the full amount of the deposit BUT I was very happy. Hope this helps

Are you a HUGE A**HOLE or what? Don't you get what we are saying? I too, was paying my bills ON TIME AT THAT! and thought I could get done faster by using these companies. United Christian Financial System, USA Debit Management, and CreditCure all did fine for 18 months making every payment on time. A**HOLE Brennan comes along in Feburary, takes over and in April payments start getting paid late. August and September never get paid--enough for me I stop payment. SCREWED $1575.00 Brennan has never giving back (he thinks cuz I'm not done yet) This jerk is a lawyer--been involved with these other companies, with some of the SAME people! Then he sends papers wanting me to give him $1700.00 to keep my account. Well "whosetoblame" I LOOKED IN TO THE MIRROR....and said I won't be screwed any more by the a**hole--who is by the way is involed once again with yet another company(Debit Management) Are you getting ready to screw more unspecting people? Hold on Brennan cuz I'm still riding to horse, I have'nt fallen of yet!! Whosetoblame, are you looking in Brennan's mirror??

Deb,anotherscrewed1
that number said it was "client services". Is it the same as credicure? I was told Credicure had to go out of business as they were making a profit, apparently non profit organizations aren't supposed to charge for their services, go figure!
