Kudos to Mr. Viperman at the AG's office. The state of Maryland owes it to the victims on these boards to fight with all your might, especially since you let Mr. Formulak and Brennan out of your sights after you targeted them at AmeriDebt. Good luck to all of you

Richard A. Brennan is a fraud. Paid none of my bills when I was with him and never ever ever ever ever returned my calls....they actually closed down for almost a month at one point to move offices or something. My credit score went down almost 100 points because they did not pay my bills. I have yet to get repayment of some of the money they took from my account. When I stopped payment the first time on the $324 they were supposed to be taking from my account - they started taking $1 more.

The state can pursue collection of the money, but little else. MD cannot prosecute a legal activity. Second, J Formulak has filed / is filing for bankruptcy cuz he lost everything. So... No money there. Dick Brennan is also insolvent cuz he lost everything to taxes. So... nonthing there. So much for all the "information" that people toss around...

Oh my God, what an A-- I was. Just today a young lady named Syncottia called me and wanted me to come back to Brennan's??? what ever you want to tag it. She told me he left the Florida office because he didn't like the way the people were treating customers. Well, what does he care, he's not there!! Where is he really.She tried desperatly to get me to come back. She stated that the money would be put into a trust fund though Bank of America. Are they aware of the scam with their name on it? Don't anyone believe it. If you can't pay your credit unfortunately the reality of it is to let it go. Ask them please to take you to court, at least in front of a judge you can get a ligitimate settlement, and at least you'll be heard. Creditors are their own enemies.Work with people not against,and maybe you'll be surprised at how fast you would be repaid. Get this American Express A-- Holes. At any point don't deal with Brennan, who by the way seems to be everywhere an no where. From No. Andover Ma, to Boca Raton, to Maryland?? By the way check out your credit report, I now have an address of Boca Raton on my credit report and never lived there....If in doubt call a ligitmate attorney, they will answer your questions.

I got bit by Karma once. Not only did it leave a nasty mark, it got infected and I had to take Doxycycline for 10 days to clear it up.

Another traffic offense, but he now is driving an 06 Mercedes...still waiting for karma to kick in...

To those who may have been harmed in all of this, LORAB did its best and solely worked for the best outcome on all settlements. A twofold problem emerged. Those former CrediCure clients had their accounts in a deficit state with CrediCure PRIOR to LORAB taking over. WE did not know this until the issue spread throughout the Firm. This caused the losses. The Firm did not have sufficient revenue to recover from this. Secondly, the outsourced help in Florida did not follow Firm protocols, resulting in many more complaints. When reporting and information was requested of the outsourced company, they refused. The Firm (and Mr. Brennan) NEVER received any of this money. Therein lies the catch 22 of this whole situation. All of these false accusations, and I only LOST money. No savings. NO property. No credit. Everyone else who used my name got rich, while I got nothing. Soon I won't even have my license to practice anymore. I have no income, and no future practice. I didn't cause this mess. I tried to fix everyone else's problems and borrowed my way into debt I cannot repay. I took no pay. I paid staff, paid every debt that I could and instructed everyone to settle client debts properly.

So you can all gloat that I am worse off than you. Just know that I didn't cause this. I didn't get rich. I didn't make off with ANYONE's money. I do promise that those that did will continue their money making enterprises elsewhere.

I've always given correct information. I've wanted to sue the liars and malcontents who posted false information about me. But I didn't because I had neither the time nor the money to do so.....

Sorry Richard you are full of it. Nice try trying to paint yourself as the victim . You are getting disbarred because you screwed a lot of people and caused them to be forced to file bankruptcy. What goes around comes around. Karma sucks doesn't it Mr Brennan .
