This idiot just called me at work telling me I owen them a balance which I paid in full a long time ago. He didn't even speak plain English I told him I was at work and that was paid and he screamed in my ear. I told him I was not paying any more it was paid in full and suggestions from anybody.

Go through your state laws about recording conversation and record your conversation with them. Make it available to the whole world so that all can know the reality-
