Anonymous call from 801-437-3150 - What to do?

Thanks for all the info. Those calls we really starting to piss me off! B@stards were calling as late as 8:30 at night!

kkid, I suggest that you let your mom know what's going on..There is no reason for you to be getting these calls at all.

We have been getting calls from this number this week (10/24/07). They say they are taking a survey about politics in Philadelphia, PA. Boy, could I give them an earful!

Since they wouldn't tell me where they were from or who they were doing the survey for I told them that they would likewise get no info from me.

I will also send a complaint somewhere, I guess the FTC and BBB....thanks for the info

They called me and said they were from "American Viewpoint" and wanted to do a survey of a male member of the household. I told them to get bent. I was feeling nice that day.

My voice mail picked up the call. Caller ID said "Western Wats Ct" and the lady left a message "Yes, may I speak to someone 40 years old or older?" When she got no response, she hung up. Stupid telemarketers!

They claim to have added me to the do not call list. I have also filed a police report for harassing phone calls.

I have been getting calls from 305-716-6807 & 801-437-3150. Both phone numbers are associated with Synovate, Inc. Even though I am on the national Do-not-call list, this company continues to call me, several times per day.

You can e-mail them at optout(at)westernwats.com and tell them NOT to call anymore!

I have filed a claim with the BBB, hope this helps get rid of them.

I have no idea what they are talking about and they continue to make threats and say that they. Do not have to provide me with anything. I am contacting the BBB

Synovate is a market research company. If you have taken one of their surveys, they are calling to follow up because they do not sell anything. They are a legit company. I have completed a few of the product tests; They have sent me two medium size bags of dog food, Gucci cologne, and various bath and body products (all full size) to see what I think of the product. It is worth the annoyance to be able to test products that are not out yet, plus it is all free!!

Yea i got a call from that number. So i reported it to the do not call list that i have been on. Guess what happened, got called three more times from that number. so i reported it again each time, and now...i just got another call from that number. I'm starting to think the do not call registry is run by telemarkters!

801-437-3150 is from Provo Utal and a clec (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier)
