I had gotten a couple of calls and letters from them about a year ago. I have called and left them several messages with NO returned calls.

They have a lawsuit against them for unfair collection activities and I have no knowledge of them so I knew you all would be able to give me some. Thanks.

They are holding unsatisfactory with BBB. I have no idea about the lawsuit. Okie, how did you get the information about lawsuit? Please share with us.
