can I consolidate??

I have no equity left in my house due to a home improvement loan (2nd mortgage) So I am unable to refinance them into one loan.

I have about 23K in credit card debt that I'd like to consolidate.

Under these circumstances, can I consolidate my credit card debt?

I have never paid a bill late, aside from having too much credit availiable to me, I have excellent credit. I don't want to do anything that will negatively affect my credit report.

debt consolidation can reflect on your credit rating but in long run it will show positive when compared to other means of debt solutions.
