I am in the process of purchasing a home and my credit report associated with the loan application listed you as one of my liabilities.

There most certainly was an error made...this site has nothing to do with your credit report. If you would have taken the time to read the link in the post above your own, you would have known this. Hopefully, you'll read it now, there's advice for how to proceed.
