Has anyone had a hard time getting them to help pay your loan off by payments. Will they turn you over to the DA if you do not pay on a timely manner. If you file bankruptcy will it stop the collections.

dchips, if you are willing to pay the debts, no actions can be taken against you. Make sure that you have proof of your proposals. If you are thinking to file bankruptcy and discharge the debts, all collections must stop.

Id, it will be good to keep a follow up over the loan account. You need to pay them off at the earliest.

ID eveytime it talked to them i needed to call a 1-877 # The only #'s that i have for them are 1-877-564-7738 & 1-877-564 7737. Just about everytime that i called it took approx. 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. The only snail mail address i found was thought to be an unusable one. it was posted in the forums though.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their feed back on this company. I applied for a loan feeling very uneasy about it any way. They are very shady and no one speaks english. I cancelled my loan before any thing else took place do to your page. Thanks

This company uses a computer company in India. They call me all the time. When they stop take jobs from Americans, I'll think about using their company. A a lot of collection companies use India to collect debts. I had an overdue bill on a Visa card and these guys called me a least 10 times a day. Even when I paid the bill off, I received calls for a week. Yeah! These jerks have very poor English skills and do not understand a lot of what you say to them. They read off a script. I like playing with them, like, I bet you wish you lived in the US and were making better then a $1 an hour. They never answer.

I just called the to FINALLY pay off my loan. I'd been trying for four weeks. What's weird is 2 weeks ago they said I owed $400, now they're saying I owe $279. Isn't that weird? Why would they do that?
