forgot to add in last post, Pinion will not validate. They wont send you a thing. I have delt with them before and they are rude. just tell them you want the information in writing and see what happens. They eventually stopped calling and it has been 5 months since I had asked for the information in writing. Havent heard a word since. Have you tried to call ameriloan to work out a payment arrangement with them?

Ask for VALIDATION. You should not pay a single dime without proper paperwork. Study this forum and see how people dealt with them. ameriloan also does not hold a clean image.

These payday loan companies in particular are nothing but scum. They have harassed people and broken the law. I've read nasty things about Pinion Managment themselves. I would check to see if Pinion is licensed to even collect money in your state.

Ari or polly where are you? I think if a collection agency is not licensed in your state, you don't have to pay them.

ive dealt with "yasine" and she's been very helpful. i think since they are the original creditors they rules are a little different? am i right or way off on this. (i.e. they dont have to send validation...) if you have to work w/ them try yasine, she allowed me to pay 50 each pay period until i got it covered, and she very friendly, polite and understanding. good luck.

So they aren't liceensed to collect in TN? So they aren't suppose to call me? I'm going to go through T&C but I won't have the money for the retainer and such for a couple of weeks.
