I am so sorry. I lost my job three times in 18 months ... not good and my finances are a mess because of it. But I now have a better job and I know you will find one too.

So sorry, Polly,will say a BIG prayer for you. I now how you feel, I lost my job of 14 years as a counselor with one week warning. And at my age that was a big time panick. But my mom told me someting that helped so much and hop it does you too. She said God has already prepared you for everything in your life you will ever go through,and if He didn't think it was ok for you to loose you job,all HE has to do is snap his fingers and change it. So for some reason He thinks it's ok. I kept thinking about what she said and it helped give me some peace about it. Hope this helps,all of us are hear for you--Good Luck and keep us posted...Karen

My thoughts and prayers are with you Polly,I know thats one thing that I always worry about,since companies are always downsizing and eliminating positions all the time.Theres been rumors for about a year now that my position is being eliminated,but it hasnt happened yet.I know that they would not let me go,but I would have to go from salary to hourly and take a pay cut,so Ive been thinking that,it might be time to start looking for other options.
