Molly Sommers: Can you not answer my questions?
Ada: Ms. Sommers, for me to be able to give your accurate information, I will need to pull out your file first.
Molly Sommers: You don't need to pull my file to answer these 3 questions.
Ada: I won't be able to disclose any information, not unless I verified that your are one of our customers.
Molly Sommers: Why, I would like to be a customer but first I would like to know what my rights are and the legal rights.
Molly Sommers: Is anyone there?
Ada: I won't be able to disclose any information with out a social security number.
Molly Sommers: Look, if you want my business, I have the legal right to ask these questions. If you don't want to answer them, then that tells me that your operation is a scam outfit and you have something to hide. The questions are general legal questions not specific ones.
Molly Sommers: I do know that in Canada, you have a privacy law, but that refers to a specific individual, not generalities.
Ada: Ms. Sommers, unfortunately since you are not wiling to release your social security number with us, I won't be able to disclose any accurate in formation with you at this time.
Ada: I will have to end this chat, if you are still not willing to disclose your social security number.
Molly Sommers: I don't have to disclose my SSN to have a general question answered.

Just by this conversation, found out a few things:

1. In Canada, parent company is being investigated that is why they have closed Canadian operations.

2. This company is definitely a scam outfit.

3. They type in their answers that can be found in a book that they are given.

4. Shut this group down, E-Care contact centers.

WOW...killer job!!!! How funny that they wouldn't give you a bit of info, and yet they told you a whole lot

Malta? I thought the head offices were in Surrey, BC, specifically, where the president Mr. Ash works.

The address that Dustin gave you is a physical address in Malta that receives mail. It is then forwarded to Surrey, B.C. E-Care Contact Centers own cashtransfercenters and a few other companies.

Actually Mr. Ash is in Winnipeg, MB. He has started another company called Blizzard Interactive.

I love that he answered the "are you single" question before getting back on the subject, LOL!

There's Peter Ash, and David Ash. Neither are the directors at Blizzard, unless this has changed in the past 2 months.

When I called Carlos to check my balance with him as I do about every 2-3 days just to irritate him I asked him what he does if he's wearing really heavy boots and his foot gets real sweaty, but you can't take the boot off because your foot might stink. He didn't answer me...lol

I will also sometimes sing along with the Muzak here at work in a weird voice while I'm on hold, just in case they're somehow still listening to me. It's really funny when they answer and I'm jammin' to some Rod Stewart..lol

I got one...one time a collector called who had already refused payment arrangements, so my husband just kept repeating "I like eggs". Until they hung up, seemed like forever..they must like eggs too.
