Does anybody know this number: I turned off my phone last night and checked *69 and this number was on it:
I turn off my phone at night because I don't want to get phone calls at 8:00 am on Saturday mornings!!

"(406) 758-2029" is based in Kalispell, MT

I am looking for this number online. Meanwhile, you can try calling them back and know the purpose of their call. If it is regarding some debt account, you might have to arrange payments to them.

I only have one creditor that did not go with T&C and that is Bank One (Formerly First Natl Bank of Marin) Their collections has an 800 number. All of my pdls are with T&C too. I looked this number up but didn't get a company name unless ther is another way? could you tell me how?

You can try this number from a payphone and ask for the name of their company.

My boyfriend keeps getting these calls on his phone as well. he has no credit cards and no debt of any sort. we are super confused! I typed the number in a search and this is what came up so I thought I would at my two cents in and see what has come of it.

I am not sure but this number (406-758-2029) might belong to West Asset Management or the AA troopers. I will have to check for details.

I recieved a call from this number for the first time today. I do have a credit card with VISA but I think Sue was right because last night I filled out one of those lame surveys for a free subscription to a magazine. If they call back, the only thing that I can do is to request that I be put on the "no call list." All of you can also do the same and they are required by law to remove your number from their calling list.

The number 406-758-2029 has been calling my house now for weeks, two times a day, shows up on caller id as "service associa" I have traced it back to a land line in MT. I have reported it several time and will continue to do so. This line belongs to CenturyTel I suggest that you write a complaint to there customer service telling them to stop like I have. Then register on the national no-call list. After 31 day on the no call list it is illegal to be contacted by them. IF you do get a call from them after the 31 days, make note (have proff) and sue there butt off, they had good profits last year might as well grab some for you trouble.

I just got a call this morning from that number, and it was a woman on the other line and she thanked me for paying my magazine subscription on time and crap. I told her that it was impossible because I have never subscribed to any magazines, like ever. It was strange because in the very beginning of the call, she says

"This is long distance, can you hear me ok?"

It was very strange O.o

yeah, i've been getting this number too on my cell, though i keep missing it and they never leave a message. when i call it back, its always busy.... GRRRRR! I don't think its a credit card company cuz if is why keep thier phone off the hook??? Strange and very irritating indeed!
