Hi Larry, you can try this number for Pre-Litigations: 866-900-7694. A word of advice- be careful when speaking with Pre-Litigations. They have some pretty sneaky people working for them who are pretty good at making valid sounding threats (i.e. malicious intent to defraud a loan company, check fraud, internet identity fraud, any of those sound familiar? They've thrown them all at me at this point) but these people are not lawyers, they are collectors with a very bad track record. Don't say anything on the phone that could be construed as some sort of payment agreement; always request and respond to everything in writing. They actually threatened to send someone to my house to, in their words, "depose me on the spot and collect my signature" which just shows how limited their understanding of the real legal system is.

I just got off the phone with M1Y, and had my account paid closed and paid in full. I questioned them about the account, and the $60.00 they were taking from me every two weeks. They said that since I was a good customer they would close my account. I wound up paying $1000 on a $200 loan. Take it from me, don't do payday loans, they wind up kicking you in the ass in the long run.

ive been getting phone calls from the same number but when i asked who they are they said they work for united processing visa. i said i dont have a loan with united processing visa. they said well the payday loan was with vz funding. i then said i never had a payday loan with vz funding ( allthough i have had pay day loans with other companies) so to that they replied oh well that company keeps changing names in order to get more customers. they threatned legal action. when i wouldnt pay . i asked for validation of the loan and they outright refused. so actually all they did was to threaten me with police comming to my place of employement and home! i said i cant do anything without validation , send me a letter a bill or something in the mail and i cant believe these people just right out refused to do anything .

Most of the pdls have several dbas.Tell them "Oh well my a**!" It does matter they have to tell you who they are collecting for, and the simple fact that they keep changing their names to get more customers sounds to me that they know they are doing something illegal or they wouldn't have to keep changing their names in an attempt to evade authorities, tell them that. And tell them your bags are packed, your ready, and could they please tell you where to turn yourself in because you don't want to waste tax payers money by sending the police (which we all know is a lie, and an illegal threat) Find the pdl laws for your state on this site, find all the contact info. on all of your pdls, then use the template letter on this site and insert your state laws into it along with the info. for each account. Demand that your accounts be marked paid in full. These people aren't licensed to conduct business in majority of the states, and don't fall for the "You agreed to abide by our state laws" Cause that doesn't hold any truth and can NOT be enforced. You send that via e-mail, fax, and mail to these idiots. Also file a complaint with your state's AG office (most have sites where you can do the complaint on line, let the AG's office know your situation and that these pdls are not licensed to operate in your state and yet they are conducting business. Let these pdls know about the complaint to the AG's office in your letter.

Hi, I am trying to get this same company to stop taking the cash from my account. I got a loan for $200 a year ago and they have been taking $45 a month out for a year now. I contacted my bank and they gave me this # to call 1-913-266-9000. I hope this helps and I wish someone would give me some advice on how to end this. Thanks

Go to your bank and do a stop payment for this company. You will have to pay a stop payment fee, but they will not be able to take money from your account afterwards. I wasn't aware you could do this for automatic withdrawals until I ask my bank how to get them from stop taking money from my account.

I have been getting emails from a Sharon Williams from Wesbury Ventures/Broadmore Ventures and it has like several other names on it. I have asked her repeatedly to send me something via mail to validate the loan who the loan was with and payments that have been made. She told me to stop stalling ant that they have enough evidence against me to take further action. I know that this is there threat to get me to pay. But am I wrong for requesting this information from them. I want to know who there trying to collect for and they wont tell me. I believe it might be for B & L Marketing but she is not willing to send me anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a loan out as we speak...i dont even
want to know how much interest i paid,
but its alot. I originally took out 300, the first time it came due they immediately charged 90
dollars in interest whic was taken out
the next paydate. Because i have had
really hard times lately, i only paid
twice on principle, but the intereste i
had to pay for each was 60, because it went
down only 30 dollars for every time you pay
on the principle. Ok, so now the interest
has been 30 dollars per pay period and i have
yet to pay that last 100 towards the principle
for various reasons. I really shudder
to think hgow much i have paid into that
damn company. 30 dont seem like a lot unti;
you see how many times they took that 30
dollars in interest out of pay, because
i have not paid down the amount.

I was just contacted today by Frank Miller who was so-called representing me against my loan with CMG. He was very rude and threatening to me. My loan was $200 and I was told to pay $545 immediately or there would be charges against me. My loan payment was due to come out of my account and there was no legitimate company associated with the payment so I had it returned to the company. Turns out it was supposed to be my payment. They never once contacted me in two weeks until today when they gave me 1 hour to come up with the money or go to court. They are rude and I believe we should pursue actions against this company. I have contacted Better Business Bureau already on them. Good Luck!

I am having the same exact problems as all of you. Can they really file something with my county and have charges brought against me? Who can I contact to get this settled. They said the charges are just as if I passed a bad check and if I have other payday loans they will do the same thing to me. Can they leagally do that> I never received anything in the mail ever and like you all have stated no way of contacting them. Can someone please advise me where to go from here?

I had a payday loan from midland Marketing and was called by people from this same number. They were SUPER rude and threatened me both on the phone, as well as via voicemail. Obviously, I'd prefer to handle this amicably, but with these people collecting, it does not seem possible.

Any contact info for Midland Marketing? I cannot seem to locate any online or in old emails from them.

Thank you!!
