i settled with m1ydirect a year ago. now they sent some
new thugs from hpc to try and collect again. i called the
attorney general,s and i am scheduled for a meeting with them
about
these bums. i.ll keep you posted

hi i am in illinois and i got a threatening call saying they were an attorneys office and i havent heard from m1y in a long time they were suppose to call me back and never did to set up payment arrangements and this was the collection agency that called me i think its I collect is the name but the attorney i spoke with said they can suspend your license and take youto court for fraud charges wow i have children and i have not commited and fraud i am scared i am trying to get a hold of these people to set up arrangements because its been along while it was only a 300 loan but i hope i can get it taken care of.. any information on this please help.

i collect is bottomfeeding scuzz.they can't do anything they threatened.being in ILLINOIS myself and having dealt wih them.i can say you should file a police report for the threat.also file AG,and FTC complaints.as well as letting our secetary of state know that an illegal bottomfeeding collector is telling people that they have the the power to suspend licenses.i wouldn't pay them until they send you something in writing.btw this pdl like icpllect isn't licensed so you only owe the 300.00.in fact try to check back on how many debits in fees m1y took.if it meets or exceeds the 300.00 then you owe nothing.just know that icollect broke the law with their call and illegal threats.file the police report.file the complaints,and do not talk to them until you receive something in writing.
