I have not heard anything specific on this company. However, I will try to search some information on it. Have you checked your credit report so that it gets easier to locate them? If this company is holding any of your past debt, they might be listed in your credit report.

i cannot figure it out! i took out a loan for 150 and they randomly took 45 from my account. i want them to take all the money out.

Only one thing that is suitable at this situation is to close your checking account or put a stop payment. Later when the company contacts you, ask for the statement regarding all your payments made before you consider paying anything further.

I have a loan with ameriloan and they called my mother's house and left a long detailed message about my bank account being frozen and i need to pay them and i like i under stand they need to talk to me but donot put my business out there like that. What if they called the wrong house.

I got caught up in the payday loan ompany web as well. My finances were all out of whack. I have since closed that bank account but the companies are calling and demanding these huge amounts of money that I just do not have right now. Is it possible to consolodate these bills as well as a credit card bill?

After closing the checking accounts, it is expected that the lenders will call you up and ask for the money. Convince them that you are willing to pay the debt but you can't pay this all at one time.

Request for a payment plan and after they accept it, stick to it. They won't harass you or call you as long as you are sending them the money.

i took out a loan 1 month ago and they were only take out 100.00 a month and i went to the bank today and theres 510.00 taken by them,whats the hell.

Marita, show your contract papers to the bank and ask them to credit it back to your account, if possible. Also contact ameriloan to inquire why they did this? BTW, Ameriloan is not very good to deal with. Browse this forum to know more about them.

I had experience with ameriloan I was working out payment arrangements got caught up in that payday loan trap and all of a sudden they added all this charges and got really rude and threatened to have me arrested so I sent them a validation letter to validate this nothing has been validated. They got so hateful it was unbelieveable.
